The Importance of Properly Filling Out the School Order Form

A properly filled-out order form allows us to process your request efficiently. This includes providing accurate information on:
- The menus you or your child wish to order
- Food allergies
- Dietary restrictions
By including all necessary details, you help us prevent errors and delays, ensuring that your order is delivered on time to the correct child at the right school or teacher. Once your order is submitted, the information is shared with us, as well as with educators and teachers.
Don’t worry—when you click « Submit Order, » we receive all your information and messages from the form.
It is also important to note that incorrectly completed orders can cause errors, as our system distributing information to schools may be affected. Taking the time to properly complete the form contributes to a smoother, hassle-free service.
Please avoid submitting the form multiple times unless you are ordering for several children. If there is an issue, we will contact you directly.
Sometimes, a large number of users may be on the server at once, which can overload the system. When this happens, the message « Your order has been sent » may not appear due to the high volume of simultaneous orders.
Plan B – Emergency Situations
If you are experiencing an emergency, please send your details, along with your child’s school name, directly in your Interac payment message. The necessary information includes:
- The school name
- The child’s grade level
- The selected menu dates
- Any dietary restrictions
Situations requiring Plan B may include:
- The website is not functioning (Only reason to accept the Interac order, if you can’t access to any part of the website send us an email to commande@jacinthe.pro)
- Your Interac payment is not accepted (read the information below)
- The order form or certain features are blocked (Take the time to check each piece of information and verify each box.)

Always contact us at commande@jacinthe.pro. Do not contact the school—we are here to guide, assist, and support you. If you contact the school, they will direct you back to us, so save time and reach out directly via text, chat, or by leaving a message at our 800 number.
If the payment address does not work, please note that Desjardins and BMO (Bank of Montreal) often experience Interac payment issues, such as long delays, payments not processing, or password requests—even though our system accepts payments without passwords.
If a password is requested, enter « traiteur » as both the question and the answer.
